Remote Nonprofit Notary Services

Notary and witness services at a nonprofit rate, wherever you are.

What is Notarization?

Notarization is often a critical component in the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit organization. Nonprofits often require notarization for documents such as contracts, agreements, and official statements. Notarization is necessary to certify the authenticity of these documents and ensure they are legally binding. Moreover, notarized documents provide an added layer of security, preventing fraud or misuse of important documentation. Nonprofit organizations may face extra scrutiny, making notarization a strategic tool to demonstrate transparency, accountability, and compliance. Thus, hiring a notary public or having a certified employee who can provide notarization services in-house can provide a nonprofit with the peace of mind it requires when conducting important business matters.

What does remote online notarization cost?

We offer Remote Online Notarizations (RONs) for $40 and $20 for nonprofit organizations.

RONs can be completed from wherever YOU are!

If you need an in-person notary (in the Denver area), mileage is charged at .70/mi. roundtrip. There is a $40 per notary minimum and additional charges for copying, printing, scanning, emailing, or faxing; prices vary. Wills must be done in person.
