Our incubation services aim to provide the necessary resources and assistance to help these missions grow, establish sustainable practices, and make a positive difference in their communities and beyond.
Connecticut Coalition for Economic and Environmental Justice (CCEEJ)
The mission of this coalition is to promote the physical and economic well-being of Connecticut residents and address the waste crisis through donating and recycling organics, fair and equitable unit-based pricing, advancing reuse and waste reduction behaviors, and opposition to all new and existing trash incinerators and landfill-related infrastructure. We advocate for a zero waste, circular economy that will benefit residents and the environment for generations.
BRAVE for Veterans
BRAVE for Veterans, Inc. is a fiscally sponsored non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to the financial well-being of transitioning military service members, and their families. We are thought leaders with a shared goal of ensuring the foundation for a great quality of life for Veterans, as they enter back into the American civilian workforce.
Circular Economy Club Boston
Circular Economy Club Boston's mission is to catalyze local circular innovation in the Boston area through dynamic community events, educational programs, and research. Working with stakeholders across sectors, they are building a Boston where the concept of waste no longer exists. Acting as a convener and resource hub they support existing projects, help adapt companies to resource-conscious models, and bolster new start-ups that use repair, reuse, remanufacturing, and recycling methods.
The Desmoid Project
The Desmoid Project was launched in September 2023 in response to an urgent need for patients’ unmet advocacy services and resources. Founded for patients, by patients, this organization’s mission statement is to enhance the quality of life for desmoid tumor patients, their families, and caregivers through comprehensive support and advocacy by creating a roadmap, developing resiliency tools, increasing knowledge, and empowering patients to navigate and thrive with this rare disease.
Our B.R.O.S.
Our B.R.O.S is here to uplift and empower men and boys of color through comprehensive support, mentorship, educational and job opportunities. We are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that enables them to overcome barriers, achieve their fullest potential, and become catalysts for positive change in their communities and beyond.
Through strategic partnerships, tailored programs, and a commitment to addressing the unique challenges faced by men and boys of color, we strive to cultivate a generation of leaders, thinkers, and trailblazers. Our mission is rooted in the belief that by investing in their goals, we contribute not only to their personal success but also to the advancement of society as a whole.

Nutag Foundation
Our mission is to provide programs and services to Indigenous Buryat-Mongolian people living as immigrants and refugees in the United States and globally. We aim to help them build their communities, advocate for their rights, develop their culture, assist with resettlement and integration, and support environmental initiatives while recognizing the vital connection to their native lands.
First Gen Leadership
First Gen Leadership’s mission is to build an inclusive community that convenes, connects, and inspires first-generation students and professionals in their leadership journey.
We work with academic institutions and professional development organizations to advance programs and policies that aim to break down systematic barriers facing the first-generation community.
National Vehicle Residency Collective
The National Vehicle Residency Collective (“NVRC”) is a network of vehicle residents, social service providers, and legal experts joining together to support people living in their vehicles. Our goal is to honor and value the voices of vehicle residents, support their policy and service goals, and protect their legal rights. We believe that a key component of this work is to raise positive public awareness about people living in vehicles and vehicle residency.
The Center for Community Collaboration
The Center for Community Collaboration (C3) passionately supports emerging nonprofit organizations, helping them reach their dreams and create lasting impact. We do this by providing shared resources, high-value services, facilitated partnerships, and coaching. C3's vision is to foster a more resilient and equitable social impact community by cultivating connections and facilitating learning among changemakers at the heart of these communities.
Streets Is Watching Community Patrol Program
Our communities are our responsibilities & New Era's "Streets Is Watching" program is the epitome of that. For the first time since 2016, the City of Detroit reported more than 300 homicides in the FBI's annual crime report, with 328 homicides in 2020. That's a 17% increase from 2019, which had 280 homicides.
Chroma Mental Health Collective
The Chroma Mental Health Collective is a developing organization led by LGBTQ+ mental health professionals with the mission to increase access to affirming and attuned mental health care for all sexual and gender minorities by eliminating barriers and cultivating communities of care.
Massachusetts Association for Gifted Education (MAGE)
MAGE supports families with gifted children in Massachusetts. The education system in Massachusetts focuses on the middle of the pack and often the needs of gifted students are unaddressed leading to students who are bored, disengaged, unmotivated and often lonely.
Sharon Pride Steering Committee
The Sharon Pride Steering Committee was formed early in 2022 and is a community-led organization committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusivity, belonging, and justice in Sharon, MA.
Malden Pride Coalition
Our goal is to passionately promote social change that improves the lives of LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and creates welcoming spaces in Malden. We aim to amplify and celebrate the vibrant queer community in the area.
Rivers & Roads Maine
Creating a path to purpose for young individuals in Oxford county Maine who feel they have none. We are an agricultural, culinary and community based youth program for local teens attending Fryeburg Academy.
The Wolf and The Bee
The Wolf and The Bee aims to provide access to resources, information, and tools to help navigate and resolve workplace harassment and discrimination.
The “Non-Scene” Friends
The "Non-Scene" Friends (LGBTQ+) is a meetup group for the LGBTQ+ population of the Greater Boston region that provides an alternative to the traditional LGBTQ+ nightlife while fostering a welcoming and inclusive community that facilitates positive interpersonal relationships.

We partner with communities and non-governmental organizations to strengthen emergency management resources and capacity by optimizing plans, training and exercising staff, and enhancing resiliency.
